Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually anywhere in the World. Although for all orders outside of the UK please contact us first for a bespoke shipping quote before placing an order.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy

While we are confident in the quality of our products, we understand that there are certain circumstances where products may need to be returned to us. Please note due to it's perishable nature the following does not apply to any food products.

For goods that have been damaged in transit we may need to file a complaint with our Courier before issuing a refund. If you believe the received goods to be faulty please let us know within 7 days and we can arrange a replacement for you.

You may return unwanted items within 7 days of receiving them (in accordance with the Distance Selling Act of 2000) for a refund excluding shipping fees, providing that all items are complete, undamaged, unworn and sent via a tracked delivery service. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button
. Your return request will then be sent for authorisation.

What happens next?

1) Once your return request has been received we will issue you (via the messaging system and also email) with a unique return authorisation number

2) On receiving your authorisation number you need to securely repackage the product(s) and clearly mark the authorisation number on the outside of the box/parcel.
